We have built more than 85 houses in Perth and surrounding area since 1981, including recreational country homes, in both contemporary and traditional styles, ranging in size from 1,200 to 7,000 sq. ft.

Kevin James Construction continues to keep pace with the rapidly changing construction industry through its membership in the Ontario Home Builders Association and the Lanark Leeds Home Builders Association. The many benefits provided by these organizations include education and information seminars which help us maintain our knowledge of current developments in building science. Through our involvement with the Canadian R-2000 Program since its inception we have acquired and maintained the knowledge to enable building the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly homes possible.
